Winter Park Flyfisher offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unused or unworn
- With tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at jeff@grandflyfishing.com or call the shop directly at (970) 726-5231.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost, along with instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Flies
- Custom or special-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
