Shipping policy

Overview:
We keep shipping simple, affordable, and reliable—just the way we like it.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $8.95 flat rate or free on orders over $99

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

• Local Pickup: Available at our shop in Fraser, CO

Lost or Missing Packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll help investigate with the carrier—but note that we aren’t responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

International Orders:
We currently ship only within the U.S.
